Hi Folks,
Wow….what am amazing weekend at Mega Training!
We are back in the drivers seat at the office (finally) and have caught up with all of the follow up (well nearly anyway) so I do apologise for not posting earlier.
The event was a raging success and to feel the energy and purpose in the room for the whole weekend and beyond was truly special.
I still get a tingle down my spine when I hear the stories of trainers and business owners really making a difference in their communities and being rewarded for the service they give.
This year was no different and although a little reluctant to tell their stories at first, once these fitness professionals started to share there was some serious excitement in the room.
Well, without keeping you in suspense for much longer the winner of the 2010 Fit For Profit Member of the Year is…………Dave Lambert from Oxygen Health & Fitness in Kiama, N.S.W!
It must be said that Dave is sharing the honour with his beautiful partner Cass who is a big part of the success that they have both shared. Dave’s is a very emotional story as you will see from the video
Dave and Cass put it all on the line in October last year and to see the results is truly spectacular! Well done to you both, you thoroughly deserve it.
Speaking of deserving people, we also had 4 other amazing finalists who have achieved some phenomenal success over the last 12 months and they are:
Julian Gaylor from PerFit in Ballarat, Victoria
Ben Fox from Fox Fitness and Performance in Alexandria, NSW
Chris Tuck from Supreme fitness personal training in Windsor, QLD
Jess Peake and Sam Shepperd from Inspire Wellness in Brisbane, QLD
All of these guys deserve huge accolades not only for the success they have achieved but for the benefits they have put back into their community by being such passionate health and fitness experts and serious fitness business owners.
I will be sharing more about their stories over the next 2 weeks.
If you were at the event you will agree that it was a life and business changing experience, if you couldn’t make it promise yourself that you will be there in 2011, maybe even on stage telling your incredible story!
